Germination Information
Pre-treatment: Seeds are surface sterilized with a weak 30 minute Physan disinfectant soak or a 3 minute 1% bleach solution. This treatment is done in June soon after seeds are collected.
Establishment: Sanicle is found throughout southern California and the Channel islands. Seeds are hand collected when they are fully matured, usually from May to June.
