Germination Information
Pre-treatment: None required
Establishment: Seeds are collected between September 9th and November 17th. Seed is 3mm long and dark brown to red, narrowly elliptic at maturity. Collect entire flower heads; flower detaches easily from stalk when seed is ripe. L. californicum is found near the coast from Humboldt County to San Diego County, California.
