Propagation & Germination
Pre-treatment: Seeds are soaked in water to remove inhibitors and allow full imbibition prior to sowing. Seeds are then sown into deep flats and covered with composted leaf mold.
Establishment: The plant is typically found in Southern India to New Caledonia. It is locally found at many sites and is common in mangrove forests and sandy beaches on Yap.
